Intro to CrossFit

If you are brand new to CrossFit then the first step is to call and schedule you a one on one appointment with one of our trainers. They will sit down with you and go over all of your goals and your workout history. From there we will be able to figure out the best path for you to take to be able to reach your goals. If you decide that you want to become part of our CrossFit of Fremont Family then we will get you set up with our FUNDAMENTALS program. This one-on-one course will prepare you to reach your highest possible level of fitness. 5-15 sessions are required for anyone who is new our methodologies. We will determine how many classes are needed during your first few sessions – however, this may change depending on your level of progress and comfort. The main goal of this program is to set you up for success within our CrossFit classes.

What to Expect

Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the session, you will participate in a CrossFit style workout. You will get sweaty and you will have fun! Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit of Fremont experience!
