We hope you all enjoyed the first week of the new programming. We know it's an adjustment and just remember that any consistent program will work, even if it works in different ways. Stay the course and get to the gym :-)
I may really miss calling you all out on this blog on Cardio Day :-) Just keep gym-ing and make sure to broadcast me live when it's too quiet at 6am. This morning, Robin asked, "Who is going to do all of the talking at 6am?!" :-) just call me, haha. STAY BLESSED, FAM! I will miss everyone SO much.
