Hey ALL! The Sexxxier By Summer Contest is more than half way done!  During the week of June 12th, you will have until that Friday to get your after photos in. Keep up that nutrition plan and build some GUNNNZ! The biggest visible difference wins the CA$H!!!!!!

Also, the Norcal Classic (west coast regional) competition is going down next weekend! They still need volunteers and you get clothed and fed. It's all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6/3-5. Let me know if you're interested. Even if it's just one heat, they could use your help... and you can hang out with me at my athlete tent, in between! I could use some friends.
