Created by Spartan. This gym programing is for all levels of fitness. Functional & purpose-driven training is incorporated into class programming to help you accomplish your personal and fitness goals. Movement patterns such as lift, carry, push, pull, kneel, jump, step, climb, get down/up, as well as 3 basic forms of transportation — row, ski, & cycle are all areas of focus in weekly classes & monthly challenges.
